Though the Watchers with the eyes on their foreheads are the most well-known of the race group, they really don't get around much unless it's to tell the rest of the galaxy what to do. The name "Watcher" applies to any race that has extrasensory abilities of any kind, whether it be the True Watchers' three hundred and sixty degree snapshot sight and person locator, or something else like telekinesis, clairvoyance, or empathy. Most of these other types of Watchers also have a third eye, but its placement can be radically different. Some have it on the backs of their heads, others on the palms of their hands, and a few have a giant third eye in the middle of their chest. It can be a bit unsettling to someone who's never seen that kind of thing before, but come on, what is there not to see in MSF High? A guy with a big eye on his chest should be the least of your worries.
Powers
Snapshot: The most common Watcher power is the ability to take a snapshot of an area with their third eye, which they may view at any time, from just about any angle. The more powerful the Watcher gets, the more area the snapshot covers, but they can only do it once per day.
Locate Person: Their other common power is the ability to find a person, no matter where they are. When using this power, they immediately know the exact direction the person is in. However, it only stays up for a split second, and they really can't determine distance, or if they're moving. As they gain power, they can use this power more often, leading to a hot/cold game as they track someone down.
