Miss Tulip-Blossom is the first year Art Teacher, and despite her small size(or perhaps because of it), she is able to create amazingly detailed works of art that sell for quite a bit in the galleries. She is passionate and creative, and rather quirky as well. She is from a polygamistic order of fairies, and therefore believes that she is in fact married to all the other first-year teachers.
