Patton was a True Watcher studying Legion history. While looking through the archives one day, he came across an old MSF High application. Hoping for actual results, he filled out the application, stuffing the envelope with fanart and letters to whatever Legion might be at the school. Althea was given these letters, and sent one of her daughters, Ilushia, to meet with him. He was excited to meet an actual Legion, and overjoyed at the prospect of actually becoming one. After her transformation, she took the name Tomoyo, and began to experiment on Althea's Nectars, learning ways to develop beautifying diets and potions for her sisters, Ilushia being the tester for many of these. She is very protective of her sister, particularly Ilushia, and would do anything in defense of her. She also plays on Althea's dodgeball team, in the Defender position.
