If you've studied up on your history, you know that Legion was probably the biggest threat ever to the galaxy, though the war was, in truth, not entirely their fault. It's also an important note that the Legion in that war were not the only "Legion" race. A Legion race is one whose primary means of reproduction is by infection. Many people consider them to be people-sized viruses, and they're shunned from most groups. Vampires, Werewolves, Zombies, and similar creatures are considered Legion races, and many of them have found safe haven on CTS, EL, or Legion controlled worlds. Others prefer to hide in the shadows of the worlds where they once lived. Their transformations are permanent in most of the galaxy, but at MSF High, it's not so much of a problem.
Powers
Changing Touch: Though they've only got one power, it's a doozy. Depending on how powerful they are, once or more times per day they may touch someone and transform them. Early on the transformation is limited to minor things like hair and eyes, but eventually they can alter someone to become a duplicate of themselves, complete with temporary personality change. The whole transformation tends to be temporary, as it's usually not something someone wants to keep at the end of the day.
