Human scout ships return from the center of the galaxy, bringing with them the Angelic Protectorate, a Divine faction that came to fight the Devilings upon hearing of their deeds. Slow-moving battleships already equipped with EPGs eventually arrive to drive back GAN forces to their home planets, making them sigh a treaty to officially end the war. The AP continues on, destroying huge pirate fleets and restoring some semblance of order to the galaxy. They then push to be made the GA's official police force, and have since ensured that the GA remains the primary power in the galaxy, even if they are too slow to handle the small battles that break out between factions.
