Word has come down. My oma (German for grandmother) has finally passed away this afternoon. She passed with my mom by her side and went with grace to God. She left this world at the time when my preacher had stepped out to bring my mother some lunch. I felt my grandmother wanted it to be a personal moment with my mom. She died with a smile and a last little prayer.
I am glad that she has finally passed and done so gracefully. I'm not sure when I'll be back. It's hard to muster the happiness needed to properly play Petra in a time like this. I won't be leaving, but I need some time alone and with family.
Till then, I suppose. I thank you all for your prayers and kind words. They have helped immensely.
